We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the team in Delft .

The Knowledge Safety program focuses on conducting research safely without undue influence, loss of knowledge or ethical violations. The core team Knowledge Safety consists of 6 people and provides advice and answers questions on knowledge safety issues in research projects within the faculties. The team's intention is to start using TOPdesk to support this process. A basic setup of TOPdesk has already been established, but it has to be further developed to reflect the actual process flow. Therefore, a Business Analyst is now needed, to help with the further set-up and development, as well as the business implementation of the process.

Business Analyst

Main responsibilities

• Drafting an action plan for the business implementation
• Describing the process
• Organizing workshops/trainings
• Assisting in the preparation of work instructions and job descriptions
• Optimizing the process and setting up TOPdesk
• Contributing to communicative translation of TD functionality and actual process flow
• Specifying process reports

Requirements

• You are customer and results oriented
• You have strong analytical and communication skills
• You can find your way independently and know when to involve others
• You understand business processes and have organizational sensitivity
• You are able to create support for a solution
• You have a university working and thinking level

In addition, the ideal candidate should have the following training, background and experience:

• 3 to 5 years working experience in business analysis or business consulting
• Experience with process analysis and implementation
• Knowledge of digitalization and ICT in business processes
• An advantage is experience in the academic secto r or within comparable complex semi-government institutions
• A plus is knowledge of TOPdesk
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
