We are currently looking for a DTO Change Agent to join the team in Delft .

Would you like to play a pivotal role in advancing Digital Transformation within the educational ecosystem? Then join the heart of the Digital Transformation Office as a Change Agent. Our mission is to expedite digitalization and digital transformation efforts, with a keen focus on enhancing existing and developing new digital customer experiences, as well as fostering innovative solutions to bolster operational efficiency and the unique identity of our institution. You will work closely with Digital Leads across Education, Research, and Operations sectors, collaborating with key stakeholders from various Faculties and Services.

We are looking for a dynamic Change Agent who can help propagate, drive, guide and accelerate digital transformation and associated change and play a key role in shaping the future of the organization.

As a Change Agent, you'll collaborate closely with Digital Leads and their respective boards and teams. They play a crucial role in shaping and executing a comprehensive portfolio of digital innovation and transformation initiatives. Your role involves assisting them throughout their digital transformation journey, encompassing iterative planning, execution, learning, and achieving outcomes. You'll contribute to enhancing their change and agile mindset, skill set, and tool set, empowering them to expedite digital innovation and transformation efforts and optimize outcomes.

The educational organization is internationally renowned and focuses on exceptional education, research, and innovation in areas like energy, climate, mobility, health, and digital society. To uphold its reputation, it has prioritized digitization and developed a Digital Transformation Strategy extending to 2030.

As Change Agent, you are an accelerator of the realization of Digital Transformation within the organization, and a connector of the innovation and transformation agendas of various stakeholders in the Faculties and Services.

You will report to the Digital Strategy program director.

DTO Agent

Main responsibilities

• Supervise and facilitate workshops and coaching sessions focused on change capacity development
• Provide individual coaching, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions for building the change, and agile mindset, skillset and toolset
• Work closely with the DTO team and program director, portfolio manager, and communications manager specifically to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement , encouraging the adoption of new technologies and practices
• Build a community of Change Agents and Agile coaches. The role entails orchestrating and supporting through alignment, standards, workshops, training, and individual coaching
• Be the point of contact for Change Management within the organization

Requirements

• • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience as a Change Agent or similar role, in a digital transformation context
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with change management methodologies, such as ADKAR , and with strategic stakeholder management in the digital change journey
  • Senior associate (>10 years of work experience)
  • HBO or WO thinking level
  • Strong understanding of agile principles , methodologies, and practices (SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management). Agile certifications are a plus
  • Good feel for a large organization with complex processes, you handle this flexibly and you are a real networker
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, both oral and written
