Our offices in Delft are looking for: Front/back end developer & data analyst

What does it mean?

As Front/back end developer & data analyst you are responsible for the IT infrastructure within Showerservice in terms of the front and back end and make the company's data transparent. This makes your job a central function within Showerservice covering all departments.

As for front end You implement the page designs for the website devised by our designers and ensure that all content loads tightly and quickly on both desktop and mobile. You will also manage the UI of our CRM system for both mobile and desktop app used across Shower Service's various departments.

For the back end You manage the plugins of our website and the necessary pieces of custom code. You also manage the database of our CRM system and implement and debug (new) features that are desired. You integrate new functionalities and ideas into all of Doucheservice's IT infrastructure. You ensure that everything works smoothly together and offer help when problems arise within a department. Finally, you will think along in meetings with the marketing team to make certain ideas ICT technically feasible.

As data analyst you see the trends in our customer base and website traffic. You research how people end up at Showerservice. You build and manage dashboards that provide insights into Showerservice's operations and help improve the business. You will also be responsible for our company's advertising and be able to tactically capitalise on the insights provided by Google Ads and Google Analytics.

• Website frontend management in WordPress with Elementor (Desktop/Mobile)
• Website backend management (forms/plugins/tracking)
• Database management (intercompatibility/security)
• CRM management backend/frontend UI (Appsheet/Appscript)
• Ad management & tracking (Google ads / Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics)
• Data analysis traffic and conversion optimisation website/ads (SEO management / Google Ads / Google Analytics)
• Dashboard management and analysis (Lookerstudio / Google Sheets)
• Generic IT problems (Website/CRM/General)
• Developing business development ideas

• You are not reluctant to apply new concepts outside your current knowledge
• You tread carefully
• You are 8-32 hours per week available;
• You can explain technical concepts communicatively skillfully
