As a Procurement Specialist your main objective is managing a fast and safe requisition to order process with happy internal customers. You like to see things going forward and have a keen eye for smooth processes and quality and you like to execute on controls.

In your role as a Procurement Specialist, your responsibilities are:

• Execute Purchase Requisition to Order process
• Execute Supplier Master Data Management process
• Drive compliance to our policy
• Execute risk controls
• Execute process controls
• Coach & help infrequent and frequent process users
• Work on continuous improvement of our processes
• Negotiations with suppliers for smaller purchases
• Respond to queries of suppliers and employees

For this role we are looking for a new colleague, with a creative mindset and good communication skills in both Dutch and English. Next to this you have:

• A relevant Bachelor degree
• Eagerness to learn & optimize
• Good problem solving attitude
• A passion for or some experience in procurement
• The ability to work in a team
• Good project management skills
