We are currently looking for a Project Manager Radar Technology to join the team in the Hague.

As a Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of technological innovation, helping to shape the future of radar systems and their applications. You will work with a team that is passionate about technology and enjoys a collaborative environment. Projects may range from feasibility studies and analyses to prototypes or end products, often within the defense and space sectors.

Main responsibilities

• Manage projects with a focus on signal processing and algorithm development .
• Work closely with business developers to understand customer needs and project requirements .
• Assist in risk assessment during the quotation process .
• Plan and organize research activities, ensuring team members know their roles and responsibilities.
• Build a strong team dynamic, encouraging growth and development.

Requirements

• A master's degree or PhD in a technical field such as data science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or physics.
• Experience with signal processing and radar technology.
• Familiarity with emerging data processing techniques like AI.
• An affinity for defense-related projects is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
