Are you the Salesforce guru who's looking for exciting challenges combined with a healthy work-life-balance? For our internal IT department, we are looking for a Functional & Technical Salesforce Expert. In this job you'll touch different areas, from designing, leading, and advising to implementation, configuration, and development. You will be part of our SCRUM-team and continuously work on improving and expanding our Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementation.

In an agile setting, you will work on awesome Salesforce solutions which deliver instant value and help the business (your colleagues) achieving their goals. Your job is focused on the following areas:

• Partner up with our Salesforce Architect;
• Deliver awesome features for our Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing -cloud implementations;
• Hands-on development activities within Salesforce;
• Get our expanding team to the next level.

At Exact IT we have 4 teams: IT Office, IT Applications, IT INFRA and IT Services. You'll be working at the IT Applications team which maintains, improves, automates, and integrates the internally used applications. Our colleagues are our customers, we help them to make use of our applications in the most efficient way.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of Salesforce Lead, you need to be analytical, creative, pro-active, hands-on, have an improvement-mindset and good sense of humor 🙂 The following skills should be owned by you:

• Salesforce administrator, developer, and architect certifications.
• 5+ years of experience with building solutions on the Salesforce Service (Community) Cloud and Sales Cloud Platform
• Participated in multiple Salesforce implementation projects
• Strong knowledge on database design
• Fluent in Dutch and English
