With you as a catering employee behind the cash register, our guests are assured of a smooth service. As our new Service King or Queen, you ensure that every guest receives exactly the right order. Thanks to you, our guests are happy to come back. You also work in the kitchen. You don't just flip burgers, you make guests happy! You do this with products of the highest quality and exactly to the taste of our guests. The orders are pouring in, you don't turn a blind eye to it in the kitchen. Well, just to quickly grill that unique Flame-Grilled burger of course.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and managing staff to ensure that the customer experience at Starbucks is always top quality. As a Supervisor, you work with other managers to achieve the restaurant's goals and motivate and coach your team of Baristas.

Terms and conditions of employment; en salary following the catering collective labor agreement; €2.200 to €2.500 based on full-time employment, depending on your knowledge and experience;

With your smooth conversation, whether in English or Dutch, you are able to communicate with people easily. Moreover, you have excellent stamina, because the daily ins and outs behind the counter or in the drive require the necessary energy and perseverance. In addition, you are a team player and you have no trouble with rules. You work accurately and follow procedures so that the quality and consistency of our services are guaranteed.
